How we work this out
- Compliance admin is estimated at 12 hours a month plus about half an hour per employee: 40 hours a month for a 50-person business, which is below the UK average of 8 days a month (Business Perceptions Survey 2024, Department for Business and Trade).
- We estimate Assuraz cuts that by 70%, through automatic reminders, read-and-sign in Base Camp, shared registers and reports that build themselves.
- £25 an hour is the ONS median full-time pay of £766.60 a week (ASHE 2025) over 37.5 hours, plus about 20% for employer National Insurance and pension. Change it to match your own team.
